Please turn off your Bluetooth and wifi, and restart your phone again. After you turn on your phone, please directly follow the user manual to use the mirror link function. And for the mirror link, you don’t need to open the Bluetooth.
How can I transmit music to my car? for my car’s stereo is so good.
Please try to use the car bluetooth or FM transmission or aux cable to transfer the sound to your car speaker for better sound quality . You can also refer to the user manual for detailed setup.
Why is the FM function useless?
Dear customer, the FM transmission function of the product does not have the ability to receive FM radio broadcasts. This is a radio used to transmit audio to the car itself, so that music can be played using the car speakers
Car stereo doesn’t have sound?
1. Please make sure you have chosen the audio output channel on the main menu; if not, the sound will still be coming through your phone.
2. Please check if you set the volume to zero, or mute the radio.
Product does not work well and tends to lag , how can I solve it ?
1. restore the factory setting First . “Settings-Basic setup-Restore Factory Set-Yes”
2. Check that the WiFi and Bluetooth of the mobile phone are normal.delete all the other connection records.
3.Restart the machine and Phone , then reconnect it.
The carplay screen cannot turn off by itself even if I turn off my car ?
Sorry , this is not the issue of the CarPlay screen. It is related to your car. Some cars still provide power to the cigarette lighter after turning off the key. You may need to turn off the carplay screen manually or buy a 12V battery saver.
