Can it shred staples, paper clips, CDs or credit cards?

It can easily shred paper with a few staples or paper clips, and even one non-metal credit card at a time in manual mode— no need to remove them first.

Auto-feed mode is designed for paper(letter size/20lb or A4/75g) only.

Note: CDs are not supported

What happens if i put incorrect documents in or paper jams?

The shredder features an auto-reverse function to automatically clear minor jams.

For tougher jams or if incorrect documents are inserted, simply press the REV button to manually reverse and remove the paper.

How long can it run continuously?

The shredder can run continuously for up to 40 minutes in auto-feed mode and 20 minutes in manual mode.

It features overheat protection, and if it becomes too warm, just let it cool for around 40 minutes before continuing operation.

What is the shredding speed?

With a shredding speed of 2 m/min, our commercial shredder handles up to 7 sheets of letter-size paper at a time in manual mode (~50 sheets/min).

In auto-feed mode, it shreds 200 sheets in 30–35 min, making large office tasks quick and hassle-free.

How can I get help if I have an issue with my shredder?
