Is the Smart light can work without 2.4GHz WiFi?

No. It can only work with 2.4GHz WiFi (5G WiFi is not compatible). If there is any issue with APP Pairs and setup, please check if the WiFi is 2.4GHz and the signal is stable and strong enough.

Why does the high-sensitivity light turn on automatically?

At high sensitivity, the radar may be affected by the operation of household appliances, which can interfere with it. It is recommended to use medium sensitivity.

How to connect to an APP

Download “Smart Life or Tuya” APP. Turn on the Bluetooth of your mobile phone and connect to the Wi – Fi network. Long – press the controller button for ten seconds. After the red indicator light flashes, the APP will automatically detect the device.

Why does the induction mode activate even during the day?

There is a small hole on the sensor, which is where the light sensor is located. Do not block it. There are 5 levels of ambient light settings available for activation through the APP.

Can it be linked with other smart devices?

If you have other Tuya devices or multiple induction lights, you can set the linkage effect you want through the APP automation.
