1. Please carefully check your vehicle model: installation will not be successful on the wrong model. If you are still unsure which model is suitable for your vehicle, please take a photo of your original sensor cover and send it to us, and we will confirm it for you;

2. It doesn’t support to add a rear camera separately if you’ve already had the single front camera! Because the PCB boards are different.

3. Your phone cannot be connected to CarPlay and dash cam WiFi at the same time, just turn off Carplay/Bluetooth if no preview. No affect to normal use.

4. The camera’s WiFi is not remote. Please download important clips to your phone while in the car and engine is on if needed.

5. Not recommended to watch video during driving, as it will pause the camera recording. But to view videos which Not Downloaded yet, you can only watch it by connecting with built-in WiFi when car is started.

6. You can also watch all video when Micro SD card is inserted onto PC. The video is auto-saved in SD card, please download video to phone in advance, so can watch video anytime.

7. Featured with sound recording function, which can be turned on/off at APP setting. Reset: Short press to restart the device if the dashcam crashed.
