Does it record 24/7?
Continuous recording can be enabled when battery is above 80%. Below 50%, it switches to motion recording. For 24/7 recording, sufficient battery is required; the solar panel alone cannot support this.
How many days of storage?
Approx. 1 Mbps bitrate uses about 7.5 MB per camera per minute. Four cameras use around 30 MB/min. At 30 minutes of daily recording, storage use is about 900 MB/day. A 64GB card stores up to about 67 days, depending on activity and settings.
How many cameras ?
This solar cameras kit includes 4 solar cameras. Since the base station supports only 4 channels, additional cameras cannot be added.
Can I use it on a remote farm without WiFi?
This wireless outdoor cameras kit requires WiFi to operate. It will not work without a WiFi connection.
