Does this system need to connect to my home WiFi? I don’t have good WiFi in my backyard.

No! The NVR has a built-in WiFi 6 router—all cameras connect directly to the NVR, not your home WiFi. It works up to 400m away (even in large yards/farms) with no signal drop.

How hard is it to install? Do I need a professional?

Super easy! Just plug the NVR and cameras to power (no cables to run). Scan the code on the NVR with the free app, and you’re ready to view—most users finish in 10 mins. No professional needed!

What storage options are available? Is there a monthly fee?

No mandatory monthly fees! Save footage to a micro SD card (supports up to 256GB), the built-in 500GB NVR hard drive (upgradable to 6TB), or affordable optional cloud storage (less than a weekly coffee). All anytime support playback & download.

Why can’t find the storage hard disk？

You might have swapped the NVR and camera power cables. Just match the labels on the bag: “For Camera” or “For Video Recorder.” The larger plug is for the NVR. If the connection feels loose, unplug it and plug it back in firmly.
