Do I have to pay a monthly subscription fee to save videos?

No, you can store video with no recurring costs using local storage. The camera features a built-in MicroSD card slot and supports NVR systems for continuous, long-term backup. Cloud plans are strictly optional.

Will this work with my NVR?

This camera is plug and play with Acelevel Value Series NVRs. It also supports RTSP and is ONVIF conformant.

How hard is installation?

Installation is simple with the included template to assist with drilling the mounting holes, as well as screws and anchors to mount the cameras. Only a single ethernet cable is required to provide both data and power to the camera.

Can it be installed outside?

Yes, the camera is IP67 rated meaning it is resistant to extreme weather, including heavy rain, snow, and dust storms. It also has an operating temperature range of -4°F to 140°F.

What can I see at night?

The camera can provide color night vision with its equipped smart hybrid light system which feature a traditional infrared LED alongside a white light LED with a range of up to 98 feet.
