What does the tab-tension system do?
The tab-tension system applies even tension along both sides of the screen to help maintain a smooth, flat viewing surface and reduce edge curling and visible waves.
Can this projector screen be mounted on both a wall and a ceiling?
Yes. The housing supports both wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted installation, allowing you to choose the setup that works best for your room.
Can the screen operate automatically with my projector?
Yes. The included projector trigger can synchronize the screen with a compatible projector. When the projector is turned on, the screen lowers automatically; when the projector is turned off, the screen retracts.
Is this projector screen compatible with short-throw or ultra-short-throw projectors?
No. This screen is designed for standard long-throw projectors only. It is not compatible with short-throw or ultra-short-throw projectors, as these projector types may highlight surface texture or cause image distortion.
Is professional installation required?
Professional installation is not always required, but the screen should be securely mounted to suitable wall studs, ceiling joists, or properly rated anchors. Because of its size and weight, two-person installation is recommended.
