This camera features the latest 1080p chip specifically designed for reversing, delivering excellent image output in both strong and low light conditions. Compared to the L002, the biggest difference in the L002-U2 is the upgraded camera chip and lens. The performance of a car backup camera mainly depends on the lens, chip, and other components. The RAAYOO L002-U2 backup camera uses the latest high-quality components in the industry, including the chip, lens, cables, and power supplies. These high-quality components together produce superior images.
Another difference is that the L002-U2 supports switching the image from AHD 1080p to AHD 720p. The default setting of this vehicle backup camera is AHD 1080p. If your screen doesn’t support AHD 1080p, you can switch to AHD 720p signal output according to the label instructions.
3 Important Wires/Loops Control Design:
The RAAYOO L002-U2 vehicle backup camera comes with 3 small wires/loops.
The default setting is AHD 1080P video signal, rear view image with guide lines.
Cut the orange loop: convert AHD 1080P to AHD 720P image;
Cut the green loop: cancel the guide line;
Cut the white loop: convert rear view to front view.
Important Notes: Please power off the vehicle and power it on again after you cut the small loops. Then the image should be converted successfully. Please feel free to let us know if your image cannot be converted successfully.

RAAYOO L002-U2 Backup Cameras Installation
1.Find a proper location to mount this reverse camera.
2.Connect the power wire of camera to your reversing light, postive to reversing light +, negative to revesing light – or ground.
3.Connect the video cable to the head unit of your vehilce. Cable A connect with Cable B, Cable C connect to reversing light +.
(1)Please test the backup camera before rounting the video cable; (2) Connect trigger A with B if your head unit with a trigger wire A, if not, no need connect them; (3) Wiring connection is the most important part of making the camera work, please make sure all of connection is tight to prevent the camera from not working or poor contact; 4.Start the vehicle and gear on reverse to test the camera. Note: Cut the white loop and green loop on the camera cable to flip the image and cancel the guide lines if you use it as a front/side view camera.
Important Notes:
*some cheap or old Android stereos have the setting of AHD video signal input option, but the truth it does not work, because their hardware inside do not support it.
*If you connect to head unit, you can select the camera image by following this operation:
Car settings>>Factory settings>>Reverse(Picture)settings>>select AHD 1080p 25fps or AHD 720p 25fps.
Keep the orange loop to select AHD 1080p 25fps, and Cut the orange loop to select AHD 720p 25fps.
Flush Mount Hidden Installation – Seems like it’s always been a part of this car.
Using this method to install the camera is more invisible and beautiful, however, please make sure that finding out the accurate installation position to get better view angle before installation, because it is difficut to ajust the camera after finish flush mount installation.

【Support AHD 1080P and AHD 720P switching】Before purchasing, please ensure that your head unit supports AHD. You can follow this path for verification: Car Settings > Factory Settings > Reverse (Picture) Settings > Select AHD1080P/AHD720P. If there is no reverse camera setting, your device will most likely not support AHD 1080P. You can try cutting the orange wire loop to switch to AHD 720P mode
