How do I install the track? You can follow our step-by-step installation video, available at the end of the main image and in the image carousel. What’s included in package? The set includes: track, rollers, hooks, end caps, ceiling track saw, necessary hardware, and an instruction manual. You can also check the “Package Contents” section in the main image for the quantity and sizes of each accessory. Can the track be bent? No. This metal track is designed to stay straight and is not suitable for L-shaped, U-shaped, or curved windows. How to adjust the length? You can extend the track by connecting two or more tracks with the included connectors, or cut just one track to size using a hacksaw after measuring carefully. Are curtains included? Curtains are not included. However, three types of curtain hooks are provided in the package for different curtain styles. Can it be ceiling mounted? Yes. Ceiling mounts are included. Please ensure your ceiling is solid and load-bearing. Can it be wall mounted? Yes. Wall-mount brackets are also included for alternative setups. What tools will I need? You’ll only need basic tools: a ruler, hacksaw, electric drill, and screwdriver. What if parts are missing? If anything is missing，Please use Amazon message via Amazon’s order page to request a replacement. Can I buy extra accessories? Some hooks and rollers are available in our store. End caps cannot be purchased separately.

The maximum load capacities for 6ft/9ft/12ft/15ft/18ft/24ft tracks are 28lb/42lb/56lb/70lb/84lb/112lb, respectively.
