A: This charger is designed exclusively for iPhone 12 and later models that support magnetic wireless charging. Use Apple’s official magnetic phone cases and avoid using cases thicker than 2.5 mm and non-magnetic cases, as they may affect charging.

Q:Does this MagGo charging station come with a USB-C wall charger?

A:Yes, for the best charging experience, we recommend using the included 40W USB-C wall charger or a Power Delivery (PD) compatible wall charger with an output of 30W or higher for one port.

Q: Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?

A: It is normal for the device to get warm during charging, especially when used intensively for activities like gaming or streaming. This warming complies with EN 62368-1 and IEC 62368-1 safety standards, ensuring safe usage.

Q: Can an earbuds protective case affect wireless charging?

A: Charging with a protective case may cause the indicator light to flash and prevent charging; remove the case and place earbuds within the physical charging area to ensure proper charging.

Q: What do the indicator lights mean?

A: When powered on without any devices connected, both lights will turn on simultaneously and then turn off after 3-4 seconds. During charging, the indicators will stay on; left for phone, right for earphones.
