APC BE425M UPS Battery Backup and Surge Protector for Small Electronics

Keep your Wi-Fi router, modem, and other essential home and office electronics connected during power outages with the APC BE425M Back-UPS. This compact 425VA/255W uninterruptible power supply (UPS) provides battery backup and surge protection for network devices, computers, gaming consoles, and other low-power electronics — a dependable mini UPS purpose-built for router and modem setups. The BE425M features 6 total outlets — 4 that provide both battery backup and surge protection, plus 2 that are surge-protected only — giving you flexibility to prioritize which devices stay powered during an outage and which are simply shielded from surges. A 180-joule surge energy rating defends connected equipment against damaging power spikes, while a Building Wiring Fault Indicator LED alerts you to potentially dangerous wiring problems in your wall circuit — a safety feature most compact UPS units don’t include. An easy-to-read LED status display shows unit and utility power conditions at a glance, and audible alarms notify you of changing power conditions so you always know when you’re running on battery. The compact, space-saving design mounts on the floor or wall, making it easy to fit into a network closet, entertainment center, or home office setup without taking up desk space. Backed by APC’s trusted Back-UPS series, a 3-year warranty, and a $75,000 equipment protection policy, the BE425M delivers reliable, affordable battery backup and surge protection for keeping your network and essential electronics running when the power doesn’t.
