How to Prevent Wrinkles During Screen Installation

1.When placing the inner frame on the screen, make sure the exposed dimensions on both sides are as even as possible.

2.Since the screen material is flexible PVC, it’s common for wrinkles to appear in the corners right after installation, as shown in the video.

3.Solution:

Lay the screen flat on the non-woven fabric. Remove the springs on both sides of the wrinkled area (usually 2–3 pieces on each side).Pull the screen smoothly toward the corner. Reattach the springs and check the flatness.
