Yes, DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II is compatible with the existing coaxial cable. If upgrading from a previous BlackVue model, you can reuse the same cable for front and rear camera connection, allowing for quick installation and clean cable management.
Can I use my existing camera mounts with the DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II?
DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II shares the same front camera mount with DR970X Plus but are not compatible with other model’s front camera mounts. The rear camera mount (Model Name: RM75) is compatible with DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II.
Is the DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II compatible with other power cables?
Three-wire cigarette power cable (Model Name: CL-3P1) is compatible with the DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II. The OBD II Power Cable(Model Name: BOC-300) is also supported. Hardwiring cables(Model Names: CH-3P1 and CH-3P2) can also be used with this model.
Can I use existing or purchase a new tamper-proof case when upgrading to DR970X-2CH LTE Plus II?
The use of existing tamper-proof cases is not recommended.
