Why can’t my smart plug connect to WiFi?

This plug only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz.

Connect your phone to the 2.4GHz network (not “-5G”).

If needed, enable 2.4GHz in router settings. Hold the power button 5s to reset before retrying.

How to connect my smart plug?

1.Download the BN-HUB Smart App and register an account.

2.Power on the plug and ensure that the blue indicator is flashing.

3.Tap “Add Device”, and the App will automatically detect the plug.
