What’s the difference between the 2K and 5MP versions? Is 5MP worth it?
The main difference is detail. 2K is clear, but 5MP shows more.
With 5MP, you can better see faces, packages, and small details, especially when zooming in.
Choose 2K for basic use, or 5MP for clearer, more detailed video.
Why is the battery draining faster than expected?
Before first use, please ensure the doorbell is fully charged. To save battery, this event-triggered device records only upon motion or button press. Please note that frequent Live View use may reduce battery lifespan.
Why is my doorbell not connecting to Wi-Fi?
Ensure you’re using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as 5 GHz is not supported. If you’re still unable to connect, move the doorbell closer to the router, as long distances or multiple walls may weaken the Wi-Fi signal and affect connection stability.
Is a monthly subscription required?
No. Core features like activity alerts, two-way audio, human detection, and video playback are free. A subscription is only required for cloud storage, enhanced AI event classification, and notification settings and customization options.
