The RM4 Pro supports IR 38 kHz and RF 433MHz controlled devices, making it a versatile and comprehensive remote control that turns your smartphone into a universal control interface. This device supports RF devices (433 MHz fixed code) such as curtain and roller shutter motors, projectors, and light switches. It can control up to 50,000 IR 38kHz controlled devices, including TVs, air conditioners, fans, VCRs, and audio systems. Please note that it does not work with Bluetooth and does not support rolling RF codes or RF learning. All your home entertainment and automation devices can be easily managed through the BroadLink app.

The RM4 Pro is compatible with Alexa, Google Assistant, and IFTTT, enabling hands-free voice control. You can use voice commands to turn your TV on and off or adjust the volume. The RM4 Pro features an extensive IR database operating at 38 kHz with a 98% success rate, and the IR remote control function is automatically updated via the cloud. In addition, the RM4 Pro has a learning function that allows you to program it using your existing remote control if the device model is not in the database. However, for RF learning, only 433 MHz fixed-code learning is supported; it cannot learn from the 315 MHz frequency or rolling codes. RM4 Pro is smaller but smarter.

Download the app, select the region, and create an account. Add a device and match the remote panel.

The RM4 Pro supports RF devices (433 MHz only), such as curtains, roller shades, projectors, and light switches. It controls over 50,000 IR devices (38 kHz), including TVs, set-top boxes, air conditioners, fans, VCRs, and DVD players. Bluetooth devices are not supported. The device library updates automatically via the cloud, ensuring compatibility with new devices. You can also program and assign buttons without accessing the cloud. Before placing your order, please verify that your remote control meets these requirements.
APP CONTROL – Use the new BroadLink app (better than IHC); first, test the infrared devices with any Android phone that has a built-in infrared transmitter, but keep in mind that the RM4 Pro only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (not 5 GHz), so, before setup, delete all saved networks on your phone except the 2.4 GHz one, and make sure the Wi-Fi password doesn’t contain any special characters, is less than 32 characters long, and is short and simple.
RM4 Pro is compatible with Alexa to voice control your TV, STB, Air Conditioner, and Fans, and compatible with Google Home to voice control your Air Conditioner. Make sure the devices can be remotely controlled from external networks. Alexa/Google Home/IFTTT Apps: enable the skill/service named BroadLink, link the account, and discover devices.
RM4 Pro supports an external USB temperature and humidity sensor. Connect it to the RM4 Pro, and the BroadLink app will display the room temperature and humidity. The RM4 Pro requires a 5V, 1A power supply. It will not work without a 5V, 1A adapter. Make sure you have one.
IR 38 kHz remote signals can only be received when there are no obstacles. Make sure there are no obstacles between the RM4 Pro and your device. The signal cannot pass through walls—one-year warranty. However, for RF programming, only fixed-code programming at 433 MHz is supported; programming at 315 MHz or the use of rolling codes is not possible.
