Why can’t I connect the camera to the monitor?

Check camera power & blue LED. Monitor low battery? Charge. Keep camera within 1.5-2m.

Avoid metal objects (doors, fridge, mirror) between. Avoid 2.4GHz interference (WiFi, microwave).

Else re-pair: Menu > Camera Mgmt > Add Camera, hold PAIR 3 sec.

Why is the video so blurry?

Keep the antenna upright for better signal.

Keep camera & monitor at least 1.5m apart (too close may cause issues).

Lower monitor volume if too high.

Ensure camera within 30feet shooting range.

Does it require WiFi or an app?

No,it doesn’t.

Is the camera pan-tilt or fixed angle?

Adjustable during installation; fixed afterwards, not moving with the monitor.

Does it detect falls or getting out of bed automatically?

Camera can detect the sound when it on vox mode, but it doesn’t detect the falls directly.
