Does it support Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto?
Yes. This unit supports both wireless and wired CarPlay and Android Auto. Once paired, your smartphone automatically reconnects when you start the vehicle, allowing you to use features like music and voice assistants directly via the touchscreen.
Is installation plug-and-play? Do I need to modify any wiring?
Yes. The stereo includes a vehicle-specific wiring harness and CANBUS decoder for plug-and-play installation on compatible vehicles. No factory wiring cutting or modification is typically required. Installation may vary by vehicle configuration.
Will my steering wheel controls still work after installation?
Yes. The included CANBUS system supports retaining factory steering wheel controls on compatible vehicles. You can continue using steering wheel buttons for volume adjustment, track selection, phone calls, and other functions.
Does it support a backup camera?
Yes. The stereo supports rear-view camera input and can automatically switch to the backup camera display when the vehicle is shifted into reverse. Note: does not include a backup camera. If needed, please purchase a backup camera separately.
