ARC 5 volume is too low on Android. What should I do?
Enable Absolute Volume in Developer Options, then restart Bluetooth. If still low, adjust headphone volume using touch controls or the charging case slider. Also disable Hearing Protection on your phone or AVC in Cleer+ APP if enabled.
Why isn’t aptX Adaptive / Lossless working?
ARC 5 supports these codecs, but compatibility depends on your phone. Some brands like Samsung (S23 and later) do not support aptX Adaptive. Check your phone’s Developer Options under “Bluetooth Audio Codec” to confirm.
How to connect ARC 5 to my Windows 11 laptop?
The ARC 5 is designed to connect to PCs via Bluetooth, but it may require enabling the “Advanced” Bluetooth setting on your PC.
How to solve call noise or echo issues?
Update earbuds to latest firmware and restart your phone. If echo occurs, try calling another person—echo is often from the other party’s device. For persistent noise, try factory reset. If issue remains, contact support.
