Why does the dehumidifier not work or suddenly stop?
1.The water tank might be full or installed incorrectly. Drain the water or reinstall the tank 2. It cannot dehumidify normally when the ambient temperature is below 5℃ (41℉) or over 32℃ (90℉) 3.The air intake and outlet are obstructed
Why does the dehumidifier make a big noise or a “hissing” sound?
1.Please check it is placed on flat surface. It is recommended to put mats or shock-absorbing rubber plates under the machine. This can reduce vibration and noise; 2.The “hissing sound” is caused by refrigerant flow which is normal.
Why does it blow out hot air? Is this normal?
When a dehumidifier is working, it condenses the moisture in the air into liquid, releasing heat in the process.So hot air is normal and if you believe it is too much, try checking the internal air ventilation and clean the air filter.
