Why is there no display on my TV when using the dock?

Please make sure your Switch 2 is properly connected to the dock and the HDMI cable is securely connected to your TV. TV Mode requires a USB-C PD power adapter. For the best performance, we recommend using a certified 20V/3A PD charger.

Does this dock support 4K@120Hz gaming on Switch 2?

The dock supports up to 4K@120Hz HDMI output. However, Switch 2 itself supports up to 4K@60Hz output in TV Dock Mode, depending on the game and display settings.

Is this dock compatible with Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch Lite?

No. This docking station is designed specifically for Switch 2 and is not compatible with Switch, Switch OLED, or Switch Lite.

Can I use Switch 2 with a protective case in this dock?

For the best fit and connection, please remove the protective case before placing Switch 2 into the dock.
