Please note: WIFI connection means that the car streo and your phone are connected via WIFI, WIFI hotspot connection is not supported.

Other common sizes: 187*118mm(7.3*4.6inch)

If your DASH BOARD opening size is not the above three, SjoyBring car stereo is compatible with the dash kit of most of the aftermarket parts retailers in the US, like Metra, Scosche, etc.(opening size is 170(W)×97MM(H) )

Optimizing Troubleshooting:

Power on for 2 seconds, then shut down automatically? For some cars, the ACC wires are controlled by the CANbus or have a feature called “delayed shut off” for radio and other components. As a result, these cars does not provide stable 12V accessory power to our radio. To resolve this issue, it’s recommended to purchase the appropriate harness adapter that “Provides accessory power” for your specific car model. Brands like “PAC” offer compatible wiring harnesses for this purpose. Alternatively, if you prefer not to buy the adapter, you can find ACC power elsewhere in your vehicle and connect our red wire there.The head unit has a memory function. If the ACC wire (red wire) and the B+ wire (yellow wire) are connected reversely during the installation, the product will have no memory function after the power is off.The car stereo is not suitable for use in vehicles with a voltage exceeding 14V, such as large trucks. If you intend to use devices with a voltage exceeding 14V, it is essential to use step-down conversion wires to prevent potential damage to the car stereo.

To power on the unit, ensure the following conditions are met:

The Red wire of our harness receives switched 12V power (requires turning on the car key).The Yellow wire of our harness receives 12V power.The Black ground wire of our harness is properly connected.

You can use an Electric pen to test these three wires.
