Checklist before using the device:
a. Zigbee gateway or Matter gateway is available.
b. Your smartphone has connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
c. Your smartphone must be Android 6.0+ or iOS 11+.
d. If the numbers of devices connected to Wi-Fi router reach the limit, you can try to disable a device to vacate the channel or try with another Wi-Fi router.


FAQ
1. About 30 minutes after the sensor is added, the temperature and humidity is closer to the actual ambient environment, so the readings are more accurate.
2. With waterproof design, it can be put outdoor, please don’t make it exposure to sunshine or rain for long time, and don’t submerge in water, which may result in malfunction and shorten its lifespan.
3. Please don’t attempt to dismantle the housing to service internal components as this will void the warranty.
4. When the ambient temperature change ≥±0.5°C, or humidity change ≥±5%, the temperature and humidity data will be reported instantly, Otherwise, will be reported in one hour.
5. Supports Amazon Alexa, Home Assistant, Yandex Alice, Zigbee 2mqt, etc.
NOTES: ZigBee Hub is required and sold separately. Alexa APP displays temperature only (humidity data not supported). For a sturdy connection and accurate transmission of temperature and humidity data, keep the sensor within 65.6ft of the ZigBee Hub, and the hub is within 32.8ft of the Wi-Fi router. Additionally, ensure the hub and the router are on the same local area network (LAN).
