Is it normal for the F955 to feel slightly warm during use?
Yes, it’s normal. The metal body transfers heat more efficiently than plastic, so F955 may feel warmer during high-speed use. This does not affect performance or data safety. The drive is rigorously tested and operates safely within 32°F–158°F.
My phone case makes the USB-C connector too short to plug in. Is this normal?
Our USB-C connector follows strict industry size standards for proper alignment with certified ports. Some phone cases create a deeper or narrowed opening around the port, reducing insertion space and making the connector seem too short.
