What types of devices are compatible with this remote?
This smart dimmer remote connects wirelessly to GE Cync and C by GE smart bulbs, smart plugs and smart switches to provide whole-room control from anywhere in the room.
Why isn’t the remote controlling my Cync or C by GE smart bulb, smart light and/or smart switch even after setup?
For the smart dimmer remote to operate with your Cync or C by GE smart devices, you must add the remote and the smart devices you want the remote to control to the same Room or Group in the Cync App, powered by Savant.
Does the remote work over Wi-Fi?
The smart dimmer remote does not work over Wi-Fi. It is a Bluetooth-enabled and battery-powered remote.
Why isn’t the dimmer function working with my smart light bulb?
Make sure the Cync or C by GE smart bulb is added and paired in the same Room or Group as the smart dimmer remote in the Cync App.
My remote crashes/will not update during update attempts. How do I get the remote to update?
