2.Visit our website, download the firmware pack, and run the auto-updater (find “NS35 Firmware Auto-Updater.exe” in extracted folder).

3.Wait for the on-screen completion prompt, then disconnect cable. Done—your dock is now fully optimized!

Do I need to adjust any extra settings on my TV or display?

For low latency and best performance:

1. Turn on TV/Display Game Mode.

2. Turn off Dynamic/Frame Rate/Sports Compensation and Noise Reduction settings, as these processing functions cause lag.

What power adapter should I use?

Use original charger. Third-party must meet specs:

1.Protocol:PD3.0+

2.Power:TV mode needs Min.60W+ with 20V/3A PDO. 65W without 20V/3A is useless

3.Cable:Use 5A E-Marker cable. Regular 3A causes instability

4.Safety:Certified with full protection

Why can’t I get 100W charging even when using a 100W power supply with the dock?

Besides powering the central USB-C port, the dock dynamically reserves approximately 4-15W to power other ports. The dock itself also consumes some power.

Does the dock work with all protective cases?

No, not all cases are compatible. Only those with a bottom thickness of ≤1.0mm or cases that are open at the bottom. If your case is thicker than 1.0mm, please remove it before inserting the console into the dock.

I flipped the bottom adjustment toggle switch, but I don’t see any change in the USB-C connector. Is my dock defective?

Your dock is fine. The bottom switch only adjusts the internal spring tension for different protection case use scenarios & does not directly change the exposed height of the USB-C connector. It is normal that no visible change occurs on the outside.
