Does this product support offline use?

Yes, it supports offline use. Without a network, it works as long as it’s powered (battery or plug-in), making it suitable for outdoor or no-network use.

Can this product be used outdoors? Is it waterproof?

Yes, it can be used outdoors but is not waterproof. Ensure it’s installed in a location protected from rain to maintain functionality.

The product is not working; there’s no response.

Check if the batteries are depleted or use the USB adapter to test for power issues. If the issue persists, contact our support team. For long-term use, plug-in power is recommended.

I can’t connect the product to the App.

Check that your phone’s Bluetooth and WiFi are on. Ensure you’re using the included USB power adapter and a 2.4G WiFi network (only 2.4G is supported).

Can the alarm stop automatically after the intruder leaves?

Yes, the alarm sounds for 0-255 seconds depending on your App settings. It can also be turned off manually.
