Does the TV come with screws for installing the wall mount bracket?

Why do the bottom two holes on the TV back lack threads?

This is an industry-standard safety design: Top holes (pre-threaded) = Primary load-bearing points. Bottom holes (self-tapping) = Auxiliary stabilization and alignment.

How do I use the self-tapping screws?
