How can I get the software for KN85?
You can download it through the website: www.kisnt.cn. Note: This keyboard is fully compatible with Mac and Windows, but programming is only supported in wired/2.4G wireless mode on Windows.
Why cannot use the F1-F12 keys as function keys in Linux？
Our keyboard uses Apple’s VID and PID and the Linux system does not support Apple’s VID and PID devices. If necessary, you can write us kisnt_vip @163.com, we will provide the next steps of guidance to upgrade.
Why does the keyboard fail to connect (or keep disconnecting) in wireless mode?
Low battery- Make sure the battery is still active before further troubleshooting.
Bluetooth compatibility- Bluetooth connectivity requires Windows 8 or later and only supports Bluetooth version 4.0 to 5.3.
Is quiet to type on?
Yes, the KN85 is relatively quiet compared to most mechanical keyboards. It produces a soft, smooth sound rather than the loud clicky noise of standard mechanical switches.
