WIRING

Simple Wiring. Quick Setup.

Power off before wiring.

Power Supply Connection (K80):

Red wire → 12V terminal (Positive / +) Black wire → GND terminal (Negative / -)

Magnetic Lock Connection (400lb):

Red wire → NC terminal Black wire → COM terminal

Correct polarity ensures proper lock operation.

Exit Button & Controller Signal:

Both connect to PUSH and GND terminals on K80 power supply Avoid connecting to 12V

Door Does Not Close After Swiping? Adjust door open delay on controller. Set between 0 to 225 seconds as needed.

No Response When Pressing Button? Listen for a “click” from the power supply.

Click? Check lock wiring • No click? Check button wiring

Tip: Test the installation on a workbench first to save time.
