The earbuds cause ear pain after long use. How can I improve comfort?

The earbud size is optimized for users with medium to large ear canals; We recommend limiting prolonged use to no more than 5 hours per session. Prolonged wear beyond this duration may lead to ear fatigue or discomfort, even with ergonomic design

What should I do to get better quality sound out of this IEM ?

When receiving new IEM, try burn-in: Play music at 50% volume for 20+ hours to optimize driver performance.

Are they compatible with gaming consoles and PCs?

This earbud comes with a 3.5mm audio plug and it will work on consoles that have this audio port. It is only suitable for users who like to play games quietly without turning on the microphone

Are these IEMs compatible with a PC’s front audio jack?

Yes, but: Ensure the front jack is properly connected to the motherboard. Adjust the PC’s audio settings to “Headphones” in Control Panel. Note: Front jacks may introduce more noise than rear jacks.

How do I clean the ear tips?

Cleaning steps: Remove tips and rinse with lukewarm water. Gently scrub with mild soap to remove earwax. Air dry completely before reattaching. Note: Replace foam tips every 3 months and silicone tips every 6 months for optimal hygiene.
