Why did my shredder stop working?

This shredder has built-in overheating protection. If used continuously for around 2 minutes, it will automatically stop to cool down. Please wait a few minutes before using it again.

Why is my shredder jammed?

This model shreds up to 8 sheets at once. Feeding more than 8 sheets can cause paper jams.

How do I fix a paper jam?

Simply turn the switch to the “REV” (reverse) setting. The shredder will run in reverse to help clear the jam.
