How to pair with app?

1.Check if the Wifi network is 2.4GHz. Ensure your WiFi device is working with stable signal

2.Turn the power on-off-on-off-on again to put the light back into pairing mode and pair it again

3.Make sure the light is in pairing mode (breathing blink)

Why is the light flickering?

1.Check if the network is stable. An unstable network can cause disconnection, leading to flickering.

2.Accidentally cutting off the power may put the light into breathing mode (pairing mode). Simply reconnect the light to the app to fix it.

Why did the remote controller fail to pair?

1.Connected the app with light first, and then pair the remote with lights.

2.Turn off the power once, then power on, long-press one of the “A/B/C/D” to pair the remote.

3.Check the remote control batteries (not included, purchase separately).
