Does this thermostat include a C-wire adapter? How can I determine whether a C-wire adapter is needed?
No, it does not come with a C-wire adapter. You will need one if your existing thermostat has wires for R, W, Y, G; or R, O/B, Y, G; or R, O/B, Y, G, and W (AUX).
I have R, W, Y, G, C wires, is this compatible with this smart thermostat?
Yes, the smart thermostat is fully compatible with your system if your current wiring configuration matches any of the following: R, W, C; R, W, G, C; R, W, Y, G, C; R, O/B, Y, G, C; or R, O/B, Y, G, W (AUX), C-wire adapter not required
Why is my smart thermostat screen blank or no power?
Pleae Verify R/C Wire Connections:Check that R (Red) and C (Common) wires are securely inserted at both the thermostat and HVAC control board. The C wire must be connected to the “C” terminal at the furnace.
Why is my heat pump heating when it should be cooling, and cooling when it should be heating?
This issue is likely caused by an incorrect setting for the reversing valve. You can fix this in the Meross app by going to: Meross app > Device Settings > Advanced > Installation Settings > HVAC Equipment > O/B Reversing Valve Type.
I have installed the wifi thermostat but it is not working. What should I do?

Before You Buy: Meross smart thermostat for home is suitable for 95% of HVAC systems, including heat pump, air conditioner, furnace, boiler, dehumidifier, humidifier.
