How many ceiling fans can be controlled with Alexa?
There is no limit to the number of fans you can control with Alexa, as long as they are all within range of the 2.4GHz WiFi signal. Just make sure to assign each fan a unique device name to avoid confusion during voice control.
How can I turn off or turn back on the beeping sound when operating the fan?
Press and hold the “1H” button on the remote control for about 5 seconds to disable the beep sound. To enable it again, simply press and hold “1H” for another 5 seconds.
The Ceiling fan light turns on after installation, but the remote doesn’t control the fan. What should I do?
To pair: turn off power for 10s, then back on. Within 30s, hold the “4H” button (Wi-Fi icon) on the remote for 5–10s. A beep or light flash confirms success. If it still doesn’t work, contact our support team for help.
How do I adjust the light brightness and color with the remote?
To change color temperature, turn the light off and on once. To adjust brightness, point the remote at the fan and hold the “+” or “–” button. Tapping won’t work—hold to dim or brighten.
