The maximum size we can make is 116 inches wide and 120 inches high. If the size you want is not available on the customization page, you can inquire with us through Amazon messages or email.
What’s the difference between Battery Motor and Hardwired Motor?
Power : Battery Motor are powered by built-in batteries . Hardwired Motor require a power outlet to operate.
Control signals: Battery Motor are controlled via Bluetooth. Hardwired are controlled via Wi-Fi and can be directly with Alexa and Google .
There will be several blinds in my room. Will the blinds be controlled individually？
Yes, simply put each blind on different channel. If you want to control all blinds with one click, Please use channel 0 or put blinds on same group.
Do I need to purchase a remote control or solar panel?
Remote control: We recommend one remote control per room.
Solar panel: We highly recommend it if your windows are located in an inconvenient location for charging.
Using only the remote, without gateway or app, can I set a timer to open and close the blinds at a certain time of day?
Yes, you can. However, you need to place the remote control near the blinds for it to work effectively.
