Pre-installed Spotify Kids

M4S MP3 player is pre-installed Spotify Kids, Audible, Spotify, and it supports drag & drop to install additional apps but under parental controls.

Block and Unblock Apps

All applications can be blocked and unblocked by the parental controls(including Browser). The app icon will disappear from screen after blocked.

Block WiFi and Bluetooth

Enable or disable WiFi and Bluetooth. Once blocked, these functions remain locked and cannot be re-enabled from the system settings menu.

New install Controlled

All new application installation needs a password approval from the parents. Donot worry about kids to install unwanted&unknown&unsafe applications.

Yes, please use a computer to download additional or newer version app (refer UM or obtain from support team) and then drag & drop the apk files onto the player for installation, and be informed new-install needs a password approval from the parents.

If the player is not working properly, or does not turn on after charged?

Trouble shooting: 1.setting—factory reset, 2.Force Restart: Hold the power button for 10-15 seconds until the logo appears. 3.Ensure the device has sufficient battery, use a standard 5V charger (not PD) and try another cable if charging fails.
