How to set up the lock?

Download the “Tuya Smart” app, enable Bluetooth, enter the initial password 123456, wake up the lock, connect to tuya, and then add a password. The entire process takes approximately 2 minutes.

Can it store more than one password？

Yes, NexusLab padlock can store up to 10 unique passwords

Why does the battery show as empty after just a few uses?

The unlock process drains the 2032 battery quickly due to high power use. This triggers a low battery warning, but the battery isn’t dead. After resting, the voltage recovers and the display returns to normal.

Can we see users’ usage data?

No. All user usage data is encrypted in real time. Our system has no permission for us to view it, and data access requires multiple audits. Our staff cannot access or view any user usage data at all times.

Are there any additional fees, such as platform software subscription fees?

There are no additional fees of any kind, and no monthly software subscription fees are required.
