What are the differences between Smart Lock Ultra (Euro Profile) and Smart Lock (Deadbolt)?
The Nuki Smart Lock Ultra is specifically designed for Doors with Euro Profile Cylinders. Please note that it is not compatible with single-cylinder deadbolts. For doors equipped with a deadbolt system, we offer the Nuki Smart Lock (Deadbolt).
How do I install the Smart Lock Ultra (Euro Profile)?
Replace your existing euro profile cylinder with the new premium Universal Cylinder included with your Smart Lock Ultra. Then mount the Smart Lock on top of the cylinder. No drill or technical skills required. The nuki app will guide you through.
How is the Smart Lock powered and how can I charge it?
The Smart Lock Ultra has a built-in lithium-polymer battery that can be fully charged within two hours. Thanks to the magnetic charging port it can be easily charged directly on your door or while being dismantled from the door.
How do I get into my house if I have forgotten my smartphone or the battery is empty?
There are several possibilities to enter your home without a smartphone: use your physical key, one of our smart accessories, or ask another authorized person to unlock your front door for you.
