Will the joysticks drift over time?
No. NYXI Hyperion 3 uses Hall Effect joysticks with zero physical contact—so drift is physically impossible. Just avoid touching the sticks when powering on (the controller auto-calibrates at startup).
How do the buttons feel compared to the stock Joy‑Pad?
Night and day. Every button uses full mechanical switches—crisp, tactile snap with every press. No mushiness, no guessing. You’ll feel it the second you start playing.
Does it have HD Rumble?
No. NYXI Hyperion 3 features adjustable non‑symmetrical rotor motors with three intensity levels (Off/Low/High). It does not support HD Rumble. We’re working hard to bring you a version with HD Rumble and NFC. Stay tuned for the upgrade!
Does it work with PC, phone, or the original Switch?
Currently, NYXI Hyperion 3 is designed specifically for Switch 2. Support for the original Switch is planned via a future OTA update. PC and mobile are not supported at this time.
Does the controller stay connected reliably, or do I need to re-pair it often?
No re-pairing headaches. NYXI Hyperion 3 use the Gen-2 magnetic protocol for a stable, instant connection. Just plug and play, and it stays connected – no random dropouts or extra pairing steps.
Can I charge the controller while my console is asleep?
Yes. Unlike many controllers that require the console to stay on, NYXI Hyperion 3 supports sleep-mode charging. Just plug it in, put your console to sleep, and it charges safely – no need to keep the screen lit.
Does it support one-key wakeup for Switch 2?
Yes. You can instantly wake your Switch 2 – no random delays or waiting. Just press and play.
Is it easy to attach and detach, or does it feel stuck?
