1. Why doesn’t the fan turn on automatically?
The humidity sensor only activates above 60% RH. By default, Humidity Mode is OFF. Quickly toggle the fan switch ON-OFF-ON (3 times within 2 seconds) to enable it.
2: Why isn’t the fan removing moisture effectively?
Make sure:
The fan’s CFM matches your bathroom size
Ductwork isn’t too small, blocked, or too long
The fan is installed close to the shower or tub
There’s enough fresh air intake in the bathroom
3: What size bathroom does this fan support? How do I pick the right CFM?
80 CFM → up to ~80 sq ft
100/110 CFM → up to ~110 sq ft
160CFM → up to ~160sq ft
Choosing the right CFM ensures proper humidity control and faster moisture removal.
4: Can I control the light and the fan separately?
Yes. Use 2 wall switches: one for the fan, one for the light.
To toggle Humidity Mode: flip fan switch ON-OFF-ON (3 times quickly)
To change the light to night mode: flip light switch ON-OFF-ON (3 times quickly)
5: What are the ceiling cutout and duct size? Is installation easy?
