STEP 1:

Drill a 3.3 inch/85 mm hole on the table.

STEP 2:

Take out the ring.

STEP 3:

Insert the pop up outlet into the hole.

STEP 4:

Tighten up the ring. Please note there must be a 7-inch space under the table.
