What is the recommended input power of the fan power adapter?

5V/2A or 5V/3A. If the power is too small, it will take a long time to be fullly charged. Attention: Do not use any power adapter larger than 12V, otherwise, the fan may be burned out.

Why the fan does not work when plugged in immediately once the fan run out of power?

Because the output power during working is larger than the input power during charging when using a low power adapter. Besides, after the power is completely run out of, it is advisible to charge the fan for half an hour before using it again.

Can the fan work while charging?

Yes, with 5V/2A or 5V/3A power adapter, the fan will work well while charging.

How can you do when your fan doesn’t work?

Firstly, please fully charge the fan. Secondly, please replace it with other power cables or power adapters and test them. If the lights not on or it still doesn’t work after charging half an hour, it indicates the fan indeed have some problems.
