Various control methods
eWeLink APP Remote Control
The mobile phone and the lamp head will exchange information with the router (or anywhere with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi) through the cloud server. Therefore, please ensure that the lamp head is installed near the router (or anywhere with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi), so as not to affect the eWeLink APP control information transmission
2.4Ghz Transmitter Control
1. For the remote control, please add pairing through the eWeLink APP. One lamp head can accommodate up to 32 sets of remote controls.
2. Full on/off function of the remote control: you can turn on/off all paired lamp heads with one button, and the full on/off button does not need to be paired

How to split your dual-band router:
Log into your router admin page .Disable “Dual-Band Merge”.Set a unique SSID for 2.4GHz (e.g., “YourWiFi-2.4G”) and 5GHz (e.g., “YourWiFi-5G”).Connect your phone to the 2.4GHz SSID before pairing the device.
Steps to Link eWeLink to Alexa Third-Party Skill
Prerequisites: Ensure the eWeLink device is successfully connected to 2.4ghz WiFi.
Method 1: Link via Alexa App (Recommended)
1. Open the Amazon Alexa App, tap More at the bottom, then select Skills & Games.
2. Enter eWeLink in the search bar, find the official skill eWeLink Smart Home, and tap Enable to Use.
3. You will be redirected to the eWeLink authorization page. Enter your eWeLink account and password, then tap Link to complete account association.
4. After successful authorization, your eWeLink devices will be automatically synced to Alexa. Wait for 10-30 seconds for the synchronization to finish.
5. Once synced, you can find the eWeLink smart socket in the Devices list of the Alexa App. Rename it and you can control it with voice commands.
Method 2: Quick Link via eWeLink App
1. Open the eWeLink App, go to the homepage, and tap Connect Amazon Alexa at the top.
2. Select Link with Amazon Alexa, and the system will automatically redirect to the Alexa App or web page.
3. Confirm to enable the eWeLink Smart Home skill, log in to your eWeLink account to complete authorization. For subsequent device synchronization steps, refer to Steps 4-5 of Method 1.
