Which smart home platforms does it support? Can I set a schedule? Can I control the curtains remotely?

The M1 supports to connect Apple HomeKit via the Matter, Amazon Alexa and Google Home. The M1 schedule and remote requires a HomePod/Echo/Nest,etc. Scheduling works on Apple and Alexa, but Google Home currently cann’t support.

Can I control the curtain to open halfway or to any specific position?

Absolutely. You can achieve precise control in two ways:

(1) Remote Control Shortcuts: Use one-touch buttons to open the curtain to 50% or 75%.

(2) Precise App or Voice Control: Use the Apple Home, Alexa, or Google Home app or voice command.

Does it support the “pull-to-start” or manual activation feature?

Yes. The M1 is equipped with a Touch-to-Go feature. Simply give the curtain fabric a gentle manual pull (move it ≥ 3 cm / 1.2 in), and the motor will detect the motion, take over automatically, and complete the opening or closing action.

Can it still be operated manually during a power outage? What if my outlet is far from the window?

YES. During a power outage, you can open and close it manually. The operation is smooth and will not cause any damage to the motor. M1 includes a 10ft (3m) Type-C cable, much longer than the industry standard 3ft(1m) .

Which types of curtains are NOT suitable for this track? What are the Wi-Fi requirements?

NOT compatible with: (1) Wave/S-fold curtains (2) American pinch pleat (3) Single-side opening. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. (5GHz not supported)
