How do I get full functionality from OMVI 2i PoE? What if I only see one view, can’t use PT, or Pinpoint isn’t working?
To ensure all features work properly:
Camera firmware: v3.2.0.7034_2609081961 or later.
Reolink App: Update to version 4.62 or later; Reolink Client (PC): v8.21 or later.

What should I keep in mind when using the OMVI 2i PoE with a Reolink NVR?
Please verify that your NVR hardware is compatible and firmware is v3.6.5 or later. Supported Models:
RLN8-410 / NVS8 (N7MB01 / NVR_NNT3NA78P)
RLN16-410 / NVS16 (N6MB01 / NVR_NNT4NA716P)

What are the power supply requirements for the OMVI 2i PoE?
Power Consumption: Rated power consumption is approximately 12W.
Power Adapter: A power adapter is not included in the package. We recommend powering the camera via a Reolink PoE Injector, PoE Switch, or Reolink PoE NVR.
Which Junction Boxes and Corner Mount Brackets are compatible?
Junction Box: Not compatible with Reolink junction boxes. If needed, use third-party round weatherproof electrical boxes (e.g., 4″ round, 3/4″ outlets).
Corner bracket: Compatible with Reolink Corner Mount RLA-BKC1 (V2.0), Pattern E mounting holes.
Does the OMVI 2i PoE support Auto Framing (close-up tracking)?
No. Auto Framing is not supported on this model.
