The IP address of mini-pro and PTZ need in the same network segment. For example, the IP address of mini pro is 192.168.6.163. Pls set the IP address of PTZ to 192.168.6.X .(Keep the first three numbers the same, and set X to 2–254 (except 163)

Yes. Mini-ISO, Mini-Edge SDI, and Mini-MX SDI support multi-channel audio mixing with HDMI/SDI/analog/USB inputs, independent level control, delay, and AFV. Mini-Pro,Mini offers basic HDMI/analog audio mixing for simpler live productions.

If RGBlink mini‑pro won’t power on, blinks, keeps rebooting or USB 2.0 Record can’t detect a USB disk, what should I do?

Please use the power adapter included in the box. If the issue persists, try another PD 12V/2.5A or higher adapter. Minimum power requirement: 35W. Please format the U disk (exFAT, FAT32)

Why does it take 1–2 minutes to start up?

RGBlink Mini series normally takes about 1–2 minutes to start, as it is Linux-based and needs time to load the system(Similar to Windows and macOS). This is expected behavior, and once powered on it will run stably throughout your event.
