Can I use my TV remote to control the soundbar? I don’t want to use two remotes.

Yes. you can get an additional remote which is compatible with Roku TV or Roku EXPRESS.Also,our soundbar is compatible with Fire TV/Stick remote.The soundbar is also compatible with the 3 devices universal remote that support code list CL 6 .

The soundbar has only static when watching TV, what’s the problem?

The soundbar is not compatible with Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the related settings on both your TV and video streaming APPs; Besides, setting the TV audio output format to PCM or Stereo/Non-surround signal.

What are the cable lengths? (surround speakers cable, optical cable, power cord)

The speakers cable is 7.87ft (2.4m). The optical cable is 1.2m, and the power cord is 1.5m
