FPCN30A is 5 watts with high mode function.brick or metal structures reflect all radio waves with a 5 Watt radio, you can expect a range of about 1-2 Miles.However. it can get to more than 10 miles if you use it in wide sea or flat land.

Is it compatible with other walkie-talkies?

As long as it is a UHF walkie-talkie and the frequency is 406.1MHz-470MHz, you can buy a programming cable to write frequency, and communication can be realized in the same frequency.
